This page provides a public request channel for website contact records, Meta-related features, and Amazon SP-API / Amazon Ads authorizations. We verify the email first, then process the request according to your role and the data source. You may also contact our privacy email directly.

Meta authorization and ad connections
Disconnect Facebook / Meta authorization, stop synchronization, revoke revocable permissions, and clear the local connection record.

A merchant's end customer
If a merchant collected your data, contact that merchant first. We assist under the merchant's verification and instructions for Meta Conversions API and related processing.

Amazon SP-API and Amazon Ads authorization
Revoke the app in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console, and request assistance or deletion here or by email, including if you cannot sign in to the platform. Choose “Another privacy rights request” and identify the store or ads account. Requests require manual verification and execution: stop synchronization and account actions, clear access and refresh tokens, then handle data and backups. Form submission creates a request; it does not automatically revoke platform authorization or complete deletion. Do not include Seller Central passwords, Amazon Ads passwords, or tokens.
Process

Timing
Verified ordinary requests are generally completed within 30 days. Permanently delete Amazon Information, including live copies and backups, within 30 days of the earliest applicable trigger: revocation, an Amazon deletion request, loss of authority, or the end of the engagement; any earlier applicable deadline controls. Securely delete every online, network-accessible, and offline copy of Amazon Ads Program Materials within 90 days after Amazon's notice, or earlier if also subject to the Amazon Information deadline. Backup rotation adds no extra time. We explain progress on complex requests without resetting Amazon deadlines. Restricted backups of other data are cleared within 90 days of request verification, or sooner if required.
Records that may not be deleted immediately
Ordinary records may be restricted and retained only to the minimum extent necessary for legal, tax, security, or request-audit purposes where applicable rules permit. Retention exceptions for Amazon Ads data require a specific legal duty, use solely for that duty, and deletion when it ends; disputes, security, or backups do not create an unrestricted extension. Report security vulnerabilities or suspected Amazon data misuse immediately by email with “Security report” in the subject. We reply with a tracking reference, assign an owner, and communicate progress and resolution.
