Please read these terms before using the site
These terms cover browsing, public content, and business inquiries on dataflowforever.com. Standard services, FosterFlow software, and the one-year growth partnership require a separate quote, order, services agreement, data-processing agreement, or other contract. Those specific agreements control in case of conflict.

1. Operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Hangzhou DataFlowForever Technology Co., Ltd.. By accessing, browsing, or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to represent it.
If you do not agree, stop using the site. We may reasonably update these terms, effective from the date shown here, with additional notice or consent where required by law.
2. Content and business inquiries
Site content is general information for preliminary business discussion, not legal, tax, financial, investment, or account-specific professional advice. Examples, industry views, model outputs, and estimates do not guarantee future performance.
A form, email, or introductory call does not mean we accepted an engagement and does not itself create an agency, partnership, employment, confidentiality, or services agreement. Scope, price, timing, acceptance, data processing, and intellectual property are set in signed project documents.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site only for lawful and genuine business purposes. Do not disrupt the site, impersonate others, or infringe their rights.
- Do not submit malicious code, automated attacks, spam, or false contact details.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe private systems, or seek unauthorized data.
- Without written permission, do not scrape at scale, mirror, resell, or republish the site as your own product.
- Do not use the site to violate intellectual property, privacy, data-security, or other applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The brand, design, text, images, code, and public materials are owned by us or their respective rights holders. You may reasonably review and cite them for internal evaluation, but may not remove notices, misstate the source, or package them as your own product.
Client data, configuration, deliverables, background IP, and new work product are governed by the relevant project agreement, not these website terms.
5. Third-party sites and platforms
The site may link to FosterFlow, Meta, Google, Shopify, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, content, or processing, and a link does not endorse everything they publish.
6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We take reasonable care with content and availability, but the site is provided as is and may be interrupted, inaccurate, or out of date. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant continuous availability, complete accuracy, or a particular business result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, profit, opportunity, or data losses arising from use or inability to use this site. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. Paid-service limits are governed by the specific contract.
7. Privacy and data requests
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Submit access, correction, deletion, Meta disconnection, or other rights requests through the Data Deletion page or wusu@dataflowforever.com.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to a competent court at the domicile of Hangzhou DataFlowForever Technology Co., Ltd. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
