One-Time Advertising Diagnosis

Find where budget is being lost and what to fix first

Review the account, products, Feed, Search, Shopping, Performance Max, orders, and profit together. After delivery, your team can execute the plan or decide whether any follow-on consulting, management, Agent, or system work is useful.

How it is delivered

A standalone fixed-scope engagement. It does not require a follow-on service.

Who this is for

Owners, growth leaders, and media teams that want priorities before outsourcing execution or building a system.

Decision this page supports

Determine whether the main constraint sits in demand, budget, bidding, Feed, product, landing pages, measurement, or operating process.

Shared professional scope

All five advertising services use the same twelve capability modules

The services differ by operating responsibility and delivery model. They do not rebuild five separate data and product systems. Global storefronts share data sources, metric definitions, and the review method, while local goals, products, channels, budgets, and approval rules are configured market by market.

Data & measurement

How to read performance
  • Advertising measurement & operating attribution

Review platform, site, order, refund, profit, and bounded attribution evidence together.

  • Advertising operating analysis & Agent BI

Explain pressure across platform, site, order, product, and customer layers, then record actions and review outcomes.

Product operations

What to advertise
  • Global Shopping Feed consistency

Keep product facts aligned across storefronts, markets, and platforms.

  • Product operating labels

Bring margin, inventory, price bands, lifecycle, and performance into media decisions.

  • Product pools & economics

Identify products to scale, observe, repair, or exit.

Media growth

How to operate media
  • Search operations

Manage intent, keywords, queries, negatives, and landing pages.

  • Shopping operations

Manage eligibility, product groups, price, inventory, labels, and traffic.

  • Performance Max operations

Manage goals, product scope, assets, signals, budget pressure, and experiments.

  • Audiences & first-party activation

Use customer groups for acquisition, suppression, remarketing, and repeat value.

  • Budgets, bidding & experiments

Give every scale decision a hypothesis, guardrail, and review window.

Execution & governance

Who acts and how risk is controlled
  • Ads AI Agent & human-in-the-loop

Agents handle frequent work while people retain strategy and consequential approval.

  • Platform integration & system co-build

Connect platforms, internal systems, approvals, and production actions per project.

Two priority modules

Shopping Feed and product labels make large catalogs operable

Global Shopping Feed consistency (industry-leading)

Covers product sources, market rules, primary and supplemental Feeds, incremental updates, quality checks, and platform feedback. Industry-leading refers to the integrated scope across Feed, price, inventory, profit, fitment, labels, and advertising outcomes—not a market ranking or performance guarantee.

Product operating labels (industry-leading)

Turn price bands, margin, inventory, lifecycle, and historical performance into continuously updated product groups used in pools, reports, campaigns, and experiments. feed_label identifies data-source scope; custom_label_0–4 are product-level operating labels.

Search, Shopping, and Performance Max have different jobs

Search captures explicit demand, Shopping operates product traffic, and Performance Max expands effective coverage. They share product, demand, profit, and order evidence but should not be managed as one undifferentiated channel.

Decide what to advertise, how to run it, and whether it pays

Product and media priority decides what to advertise. The media plan and experiment record explains how. Advertising results and customer journey analysis show whether the investment is worth continuing. When CAC rises, review demand and competition, budgets and bids, search terms and audiences, creative, Feed eligibility, product economics, site and payment, then measurement and change history. Platform CPA is not new-customer CAC, and ROAS is not profit; the decision also needs valid orders, refunds, inventory, and contribution profit.

Human-in-the-loop

Agents handle frequent checks; people approve consequential changes

Agents can monitor, explain, simulate, recommend, and report. Material changes to budgets, structure, audiences, or product scope move through risk-based human approval, with action logs, stop conditions, and recovery paths.

Delivery boundary

Every module is sellable; the delivery shape is made explicit

Standard configuration

Configure existing data, methods, reports, Agents, and available connections.

Project implementation

Adapt or build against accounts, platforms, product rules, APIs, and production actions.

Joint co-building

Build client-specific capability for multiple markets, complex organizations, and internal systems.

Boundaries

  • No daily account management, ongoing monitoring, or creative production.
  • Unknown losses are not quantified without sufficient data.
  • Client and platform data remain inside the agreed project boundary.

Common questions

Do we have to continue after the diagnosis?

No. Your team can use the report and action plan directly. Follow-on work is optional.

Will you change the account during the review?

Not by default. The diagnosis is read-only; production changes require separate authorization and scope.

Can we limit the review to one market or PMax?

Yes. Scope can be limited by market, platform, account, or topic to keep the work actionable.
